Overview

This 90-minute webinar presented by Dr. Serena Wadhwa discusses how anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms may impact the development of alcohol use disorder (AUD). This course is not eligible for credit.

1. Identify a minimum of 2 criteria for anxiety, depression, and PTSD diagnoses.
2. Consider a minimum of 3 risk factors that may lead to an increase in alcohol use.
3. Explore a minimum of 2 ways to screen for alcohol use disorders.
4. Discuss applications of knowledge through case study examples.
