Host: The National Council on Mental Wellbeing
Recorded: June 30, 2026
Enduring Training

Overview

This training discusses how organizations can successfully integrate medications for alcohol use disorder (MAUD) and other evidence-based AUD treatment services into the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model. The session highlights lessons learned from organizational change and clinical integration efforts at Integrity House, a CCBHC in New Jersey, providing a real-world example of how to strengthen care coordination, increase treatment engagement, and address common implementation challenges across multidisciplinary teams. Participants explore evidence-based approaches to treating AUD within a CCBHC setting, examine organizational barriers to implementing MAUD services and strategies for supporting accessible, patient-centered care, and learn practical approaches to workforce development and systems coordination that can help sustain services over time. Attendees will leave with actionable strategies to expand access to care and improve outcomes for individuals with AUD.
